Our work

ÄdilQala (Just City) aims to promote a new, humane urban development paradigm in Kazakhstan. ÄQ is about a Fair-Shared/Just City and is an umbrella concept for inclusive and human-centric policies, quality decision making, and environmentally conscious planning, ultimately aiming at reaching the UN sustainable development goals on a city level.

We believe that the success shall no longer be measured only in macroeconomic data indicators but in the level of social justice and human dimension categories.

ÄdilQala is an inclusive, principled and constructive conversation between all interested parties to identify specific problems related to justice in various contexts.
