Labor and Social Justice

The projects in this area of ​​activity of the Ebert Foundation are aimed at discussing issues related to the quality and professional management of conflicts in the workplace. In cooperation with the FPRK and other trade union organizations, training, round tables, and conferences are held. The purpose of these events is to establish more effective, efficient interaction between all parties of labor relations. The subject of discussion is the search for optimal and effective models for resolving labor disputes in various regions of Kazakhstan, the development of practice-oriented recommendations for representatives of the trade union movement, employers, and representatives of state structures.
